Returns
We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached.
Items must be returned in their original packaging.
We do not accept returns on underwear, swimwear, or pierced jewellery for hygiene reasons unless faulty.
How to Return an Item
Contact Us – Email our customer service team at info@redrocketmusic.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
Package Your Return – Securely pack your item(s) in their original packaging.
Post Your Return – Send your return to Red Rocket Music, joliffes yard

Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or colour, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at info@redrocketmusic.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, check with your bank or payment provider. If the issue persists, contact us at info@redrocketmusic.co.uk
